• Digital Deliverables: Digital QR codes, custom review links, and PDF table tent templates can be downloaded directly from your account settings at any time without extra fees.

2Physical Merchandise Dispatch (QR Standees & NFC Cards)

For paid subscription tiers (e.g. Starter & Growth Plans) that include customized physical marketing materials:

• Custom Printing & Encoding: Your high-grade acrylic QR Standee and smart NFC Card are printed with your business name and programmed with your encrypted review link within 24 to 48 hours of subscription setup.
• Quality Assurance: Every NFC card and QR stand is tested for scan accuracy and chip readability before dispatch.

3Delivery Timelines & Coverage Across India

• Free Express Shipping: Standard shipping across India is 100% Free on all eligible Starter and Growth annual plans.
• Courier Partners: Shipments are fulfilled via trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
• Tracking Updates: Once your package is handed over to the courier, an AWB tracking number and tracking URL will be sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp.

5Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your physical hardware package arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive within the expected window:

• Please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing picture/video if the item is physically damaged.
• We will dispatch a free replacement card/standee immediately without additional courier fees.
